A Night of Singaporean Inspiration

Singapore is one of the most fascinating culinary hubs of the world. Its location has allowed for centuries of interaction with the surrounding Southeast Asian countries, and along with the influence of Western culture, Singaporean cuisine has combined key elements of these different cuisines, making for one of the most epic smörgåsbords known to man.

So then, what happens when you send three of the UK’s top chefs to Singapore? Well, thanks to the Chef Exchange Programme, we’re about to find out. On Sunday 26th February, Jason Atherton of Pollen Street Social, Claude Bosi of Hibiscus, and Sat Bains of Sat Bains are teaming up for a night of Singaporean inspired cuisine.

After their four day whirlwind adventure in the gastronomic heaven that is Singapore, these three chefs have pulled their talents together to create a special tasting menu based on Singaporean food and culture.

This event will be hosted at Atherton’s Pollen Street Social in Mayfair, and will last from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. They are now accepting bookings for this special evening for parties of no more than 8 guests. The tasting menu costs £85 per person, and in addition, there will be an optional wine pairing.

BT says, this is one not to miss!
