Busy lunchers and frantic holiday shoppers, have we got a meal for you!
One of the top rated French brasserie restaurants in London has introduced a one dish “Autumn Special” lunch and Sunday supper, specially designed for those who want a great meal in a short amount of time. Racine, the acclaimed restaurant run by Chef Henry Harris, is serving a traditional Duck Confit, cooked perfectly with Puy Lentils, a green salad starter and a glass of wine, all for just £16.50.
The Knightsbridge restaurant is known for the quality of its food as well as the practicality of its fixed price menus, a welcome relief in an area where meals tend to be a bit overpriced. If you’re not in a hurry, make a reservation for a three-course meal and order one of Chef Harris’ delicious starters (like the marinated white anchovies), one of his perfectly cooked and oh-so classic main courses (like the confit lamb with choucroute and caper sauce), and finish with a sweet desert (like the bread and butter pudding) all for only £17.75.
