Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge is a distinctive blend of fine cognacs, tropical flavours and caramelised notes, making it a great ingredient in Christmas drinks. To help you out at your holiday party, we’ve got a recipe for Le Grand Freeze, a Pina Colada with a frosty winter twist.
Ingredients:
- 40ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
- 20ml Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
- 40ml Coconut Milk (or 20ml Coconut Cream)
Method:
Pour the Grand Marnier into a glass filled with ice, then add the Captain Morgan’s, pineapple juice and coconut. Stir and decorate with strawberries, raspberries or black currants if desired.
