For the Renaissance woman with an interest in a little bit of everything, a boutique pub group is offering a series of events meant to teach, delight and inspire.
Renaissance Pubs offer a series of fun and informative events for women at its restaurants, and has recently updated its catalog. New to this list of master classes, titled ‘Women in the Know’, are Floristry with The Fresh Flower Company and Fashion Craft and Creativity with Beryl Ware.
On Thursday, November 17th, The Fresh Flower Company will demonstrate how to beautifully arrange flowers and create floral displays, wreaths and gifts. The company provides flowers to The Natural History Museum, The National Portrait Gallery, as well as to the Rosendale in West Dulwich, where this event will take place from 10:30am to 2pm.
If style is more your thing, Fashion Craft and Creativity with Beryl Ware at The Bolingbroke in Battersea offers the opportunity to learn to make unique clothes under the guidance of Ware, British knitwear designer. For those not looking to design, Ware will also demonstrate how to make the most out of last season’s wardrobe.
Both classes are meant to be informal and are accompanied by a two course set menu and a glass of wine, all for just £15.
To book a place for you and your girlfriends at Floristry with The Fresh Flower Company, contact the Rosendale at 020 8761 9008. For Fashion Craft and Creativity with Beryl Ware, call The Bolingbroke at 020 7228 4040.
