When it comes to fresh soups and salads made with local ingredients, it doesn’t get much better than London’s Chop’d.
On December 3rd, Chop’d will be launching its seventh location since opening in Ledenhall market in 2004. The gourmet salad bar will be a part of the new Boxpark shopping mall in Shoreditch, the world’s first pop-up, temporary shopping mall. It will be the only food brand featured in the mall to specialise in healthy, diverse salads, all made with local ingredients from around London and the UK.
The new location will feature all the Chop’d ‘ready-to-go’ favourites, like the Jerk chicken, Falafel and Hummus, and Powerfoods salads, as well as the ‘create your own’ salad option with a base of house leaves, pasta, rice, noodles, couscous and new potatoes with a choice of vegetable and deli options. What’s unique to this Shoreditch location, however, is the alcohol license. Now, you can stop by for an after-work drink and a healthy meal, or grab a bottle of wine to bring home with your take away.
The new Shoreditch location will also be hosting special events, including demonstrations by top chefs, suppliers’ showcases and seasonal tastings. Stop by and check it out! You never know what you might stumble upon.
