These winter ales have been brewed specifically to complement the holidays, with special spices and flavours designed put you in the Christmas spirit. They are all limited editions on sale from now until Christmas Day, so enjoy them while you can!
Each of the seven ales have something unique to offer, and you’re sure to find a winter favorite among this bunch. There’s Auld Saint Nic, a full malt and nutty flavour, Elf Indulgence, a deep blend of seven English Malts and four additions of English noble hops, and Ho Ho Soho, a smooth dark ale full of spicy notes and a hint of citrus. Nollaig Mohr Brew is a smooth reddish ale with a hint of spice and a floral aftertaste, and St. Nich’s Tipple is a luxurious brew with orange and cherry sweetness and Admiral and Stirling hops for balance.
For the most unique beer of the bunch, we recommend the Gold, Frankincense and Moor. This beer is an exotic mix of spicy and smoked flavours, sure to make you feel like you’re sitting beside a warm fireplace on Christmas Day. For the best overall ale, try I Can’t Believe It’s Not Rudolf. This is our personal favourite—a fiery red beer with caramel tones and citrus notes.
