While a holiday to Malaysia may not be in your immediate future, there is a way you can experience the authentic Asian cookery right here in the UK. Malaysia Kitchen is celebrating the diversity and heritage of the cuisine with a ‘Street Food Tour’, a series of events and activities meant to open the world up to the possibilities Malaysian food has to offer.
From November 24th through December 2nd, top Malaysian chefs will be touring the UK, hitting London, Birmingham, Nottingham and Manchester. Caroline Mi Li Artiss and Chef Norman Musa will be serving free samples of traditional Malaysian street food on different dates throughout the tour, and Masterchef 2011 winner and Malaysia Kitchen Ambassador Tim Anderson will showcase his take on the cuisine on November 30th.
